White-label
Roll Point works under your brand — your email domain, your templates, your processes. Ideal for capacity overflow and specialist skills gaps.
Referral
Pass a client directly to Roll Point and receive a referral arrangement. We handle contracting and delivery; you stay informed at whatever level you prefer.
1099 vendor onboarding — what your AP team needs

No 1099. No US withholding. Here's why.
The most common questions from international partner finance teams — answered:

| Do we withhold US tax? | Generally no. Roll Point LLC is a US entity — payments to us are not subject to US non-resident withholding. |
| W-8BEN-E — who provides it? | Neither party needs one here. W-8BEN-E is for foreign entities receiving US-source payments. Roll Point is a US entity — we provide a W-9 or our W-8BEN-E Reference document (below) that explains this for your AP team. |
| What if our country withholds anyway? | Some jurisdictions withhold on cross-border service payments under local law. Note the amount on your remittance advice — Roll Point recovers it via US Foreign Tax Credit, no action needed from you beyond documentation. |
| VAT / GST? | Roll Point is not VAT/GST registered in any foreign jurisdiction. B2B cross-border services from a US supplier are typically reverse-charge — confirm with your local tax advisor. |
Sanctions & data protection
OFAC screening
US law requires Roll Point to screen international counterparties against OFAC sanctions lists. This is quick and automatic for partners in most countries.
- Engagements cannot proceed with entities in comprehensively sanctioned countries (Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria)
- Roll Point verifies during contract review — no action needed from you
GDPR & data protection
For EU/UK partners whose engagements involve personal data, Roll Point provides a GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses.
